Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Gem Theory, a brand of Uroots Meditech Private Limited, takes pride in providing genuine, high-quality Rudraksha, gemstones and spiritual products. If you are not satisfied with your order, this policy explains how to return it or cancel it and how refunds work.

Returns

  • You can ask to return a product within 7 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied with it for any reason, if you have doubts about its quality or authenticity, or if it was damaged during shipping.
  • Before you send anything back, contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 95209 54262. Tell us your order number (for example GT1012) and the reason for the return. Photos help if the product is damaged.
  • When we accept your request, our team tells you how and where to send the product. Please send it with everything it came with, including any lab certificate.
  • Use a reliable courier service with a tracking number. The customer pays the return shipping charges. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged on the way, and they are not refunded.
  • Instead of a refund, you can ask for an exchange.

Refunds

  • We start the refund when we receive the complete returned package and have checked it.
  • The refund is credited within 7 days of processing it.
  • Orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method (the same card, UPI or bank account). For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to a bank account or UPI ID that you give us.
  • Refunds are only available for orders delivered within India.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 95209 54262 with your order number.
  • If you paid online, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 days of the cancellation. You get an email when your order is cancelled.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it after delivery as described above.
  • We may cancel an order ourselves, for example if a product is out of stock. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
